Boldata Systems is highly experienced in the field of document digitization, since the year 2010, with the capability to undertake any back-file digitization works. Deployment in the field depends on the number of documents to be digitized as well the expected time-frame.

Boldata Systems has been implementing and supporting DMS/Workflow Solutions and thus understands Document Management Systems and the subtle complexities of projects of large magnitude.

Boldata Systems has handled Document Management projects in multiple locations all over Kenya (102 towns from Busia to Moyale, Garissa, Lamu, Kitui, Kajiado to Kisii as examples).
